I was responsible for producing world-class creative and design solutions within the fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative agency across the UK and Australia; Bastion Collective. As the Senior Designer in the UK, I was responsible for upholding and continuously challenging the standards of the printed and digital graphic requirements of Bastion Collective.

As Head of Design in Melbourne, I was responsible for producing world class creative design solutions in response to the varying briefs of over 100 staff and their clients in a fast paced and collaborative agency; Bastion Collective.From initially a team of one graphic designer servicing more than 80 staff, I built the design studio to three talented.

As the Junior Designer, I was responsible for working alongside the senior designer to produce design solutions for the needs of over 40 people. The creative output included but was not limited to the design and layout of commercial strategies, promotional material, event mockups, client invitations, annual reports and keynote/powerpoint template design.I.
