Train various clients in Business Objects XI R2 product suite using certified manuals. Create customized training manuals.

Provided consulting services in the Public Sector group for AMS for the product infoADVANTAGE, the reporting application used to report against the HR and Financial ADVANTAGE products. Participated in design and development of the data marts, ETL jobs, and Business Objects universe and report development provided for the product. Services provided include installation, configuration, training, customization, and support.

Interned at SAIC for three summers, two winter breaks, and one spring break during college. Developed and delivered segmentation software packages, consisting of software bundled for installation on either UNIX or Windows platforms for the Department of Defense. Assisted in system administration of lab containing Sun SPARCs, HP-UX, and Windows servers.
