My practice primarily focuses on insurance defense litigation and excess monitoring. In my role as defense counsel, I routinely represent people and professionals who have been sued in a wide range of liability disputes, including medical malpractice, legal malpractice, personal injury, trucking accidents, products liability, and construction defect claims. My civil litigation defense work includes investigating and defending against the claims made against my clients by handling all phases of litigation. I also routinely act as national trial monitoring counsel for excess insurers in high-exposure multi-million dollar cases.
