Fulfillment Strategist
Current• Responsible for leading strategic planning meetings and partnering with Government Services and State & Local account leads, to review forecasts and sales pipelines to identify and develop fulfillment plans that support staffing requirements, innovation, profitability, and business growth• Support staff management nationally, working to redeploy team members to not only support new client needs but to help them achieve their personal career and growth aspirations and skill development goals• Collaborate with People Strategy to support promotions, relocations, performance management, and bench management/reductions in workforce actions as required• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to develop hiring/contracting plans• Manage contractor requests, extensions, conversions, and review profitability/spend• Support internal team growth and success through new hire interviews and onboarding training, team management, and mentorship
