I developed and presented science programs for all ages through the outreach department of the Discovery Center Museum for up to 30,000 students and family members per year. I am a member of the NASA Museum & Informal Education Alliance and the ASTC National Education Outreach Network and serve as a Woman in STEM role model as part of the FabFems.com network.I coordinated scheduling of outreach events for the museum.I assisted the development director with outreach related grant applications and coordinated implementation of grant award distribution and data acquisition for reporting.

I worked as the library assistant in the Southeast Asia Collection. I maintained the office, assisted patrons, and managed the periodicals section. I transferred the catalog of department special holdings from a Word Document to an Access Database for internet integration.I have served on the Strategic Planning Task Force, Library Opperating Staff Advisory Committee, Exhibits Committee, and Associate Dean Search Committee.I solicited donations and coordinated gift distribution while serving on Student Worker Appreciation Party Planning Committee.
