Current➤ Deliver an exceptional Institutional Member experience across a portfolio of accounts. ➤ Build trust and rapport to nurture strong relationships with senior-level clients through regular touchpoints and communications. ➤ Uncover and distill each member’s unique needs and leverage internal and external resources to support them in accomplishing their strategic impact goals.➤ Work with various internal stakeholders and teams to continually improve our member offerings, regularly iterate on materials and experiences in response to partner needs and context, and proactively make recommendations for how the member experience and model can improve to drive impact, and meet the needs of member/partners.➤ Contribute to key internal systems and help to maintain up-to-date records that can be leveraged by various internal stakeholders.➤ Work closely with our Growth team to identify opportunities for referrals and champion additional NationSwell offers that support commercial and impact growth.➤ Act as ambassador at conferences and events and in support of member activities.➤ Stay up to date on industry trends and act as a conduit for shifting partner priorities or needs
