Funneled into STEM since grade school, I’ve spent every summer learning and working in the BioMedical field under collegiate research labs & interning at the NIH. It’s likely I would have become a research scientist if personal tragedy hadn’t struck when it did. Losing my father during a pivotal part of my developmental years caused an abrupt stop after just one year of college at SMU as a biology major. Life suddenly changed; I received modeling opportunities in runway and commercial work that turned into a decade long career. I loved the experience which taught me all that goes into production & marketing as well as the lifestyle it provided. I was blessed with the ability to work internationally.Still craving accomplishment, I circled back to my love for science and health and went to massage school to learn a new skill. Now serving as a certified stretch therapist, I am currently studying to add more credentials under the wellness umbrella. I have a huge passion for sustainability in my personal life and am looking to translate my efforts to educate others on the crucial necessity of sustainability on a systematic level in community, corporate & legislation. My background is a bit diverse with the various jobs I’ve held. I am well traveled, intelligent & creative, a critical thinker & problem solver. I aim to focus my efforts to impact positive change for our future.
