Adjust existing or create new packaging dielines for physical comps, troubleshooting at production and new items. · Foster effective communication channels with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of packaging projects. · Drive day-to-day operations of assigned projects and organize and communicate project details while serving as an interface between team members and managers. · Develop PIF template for outsourcing copy needs and keep track of upcoming PIF requirements· Pull pre-approved copy directly from PIF library whenever possible, or otherwise assign Product Development team new copy. · Follow up with project personnel including fill weights, copy edits, regulatory reviews, sales feedback, or packaging component numbers. · Follow-up on project milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. · Monitor the performance and flow of project team members to provide performance and procedural feedback.
