My journey at Hanover Research began over a decade ago as a Senior Research Associate. Since then, it's been a path of continuous learning and leadership. I've taken on trailblazing roles like Quantitative Research Manager and Manager of Engineering Analysis, increasingly driven by a passion for building strong, collaborative teams. This passion recently led me to champion the launch of the Women's Leadership Initiative at Hanover, an effort dedicated to empowering women+ to develop their leadership skills. Beyond these core responsibilities, I've thrived in diverse experiences as a Personal Manager, Research Coach, and on-demand trainer in Power BI and Scrum.My academic roots lie in Political Science with a focus on Religion and Politics, shaping my original career aspirations in academia. I completed my dissertation prospectus before starting at Hanover, and while I had originally planned to be a professor, I found my niche in applying my research skills practically in the market research sector.
