• Managing the critical paths to ensure products are shot and ready to besent for planned launches.• Responsible for the coordination of all parties external and internal• Maintain a master guide of all products and imagery status for thebusiness and relevant departments needs• Managing multiple concurrent projects whilst adhering to specificdeadlines• Develop and maintain an image archive for the ecommerce department• Anticipate work volumes and develop plans accordingly to manage• Working with photographer to deliver outstanding product imagery andexceptional styling to inspire customers to buy a complete head-to-toelook that is current to trends and aligning to brand vision• Manage and monitor shoot budgets and identify areas for more efficientworkflow, processes, and procedures.• Ensure all photoshoot day KPI’s are met and/or exceeded• Negotiate talent rates and ensure a regular rotation of talent is alwaysavailable to the specifications needed for diversity and product needs• Manage the day to day running of all photoshoots to ensure timemanagement is kept, staff and talent are adhering to roles.• Maintaining relationships with photographers, retouchers and talentagencies• Work closely with design, buying and merch teams• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure cohesive campaignexperiences and execution
