I am becoming increasingly more passionate about helping people learn from things that go wrong . I am passionate about taking introspective approaches to life. This passion arises, not only from witnessing grown men and women changing right before my eyes, but mainly from dealing with my own failures and mishaps. People make mistakes and people fail, but what you do with that failure and learning can change everything. I have had major personal incidents happen in my life- and without those, I would have never changed. I'm thankful for those failures. I do not go looking for failure, but now, when it arises in my life, I greet it with a challenging smile and a preparedness to grow.
