I will be rotating through various departments of the Bank to gain insight on various processes, systems, and services focusing both internally on our financial health and direction and externally on the economy and our members. I gained experience on accounting, reporting, and budgeting in Internal Financial Reporting. In Members and Markets, I learned about the bank's products and common uses by members. I created and updated numerous reports and analyses looking at Bank data, member financials, and economic data released.

I assisted the finance and purchasing team with processing reimbursements and procurement card documentation for researchers and staff within the university. I entered journal entries, performed first level reconciliations, and built and monitored detailed reports. I have also gained experience building and maintaining various executive-level reports consisting of current and projected budgets. These management reports aim to visualize complex financial information easily for executives and non-financial personnel. I have written and rebuilt Access databases, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft's Power Business Intelligence reports.

I aided the model risk management group with a global macroeconomic model, which included researching macroeconomic ideas, collecting data samples, back-testing data and composing analyses of model applicability, theory and testing results. I also partnered in the re-validation of two Pre-Provision Net Revenue models used in the CCAR Capital Planning process. This process included extensive and in-depth review of policies, regulations, model theory, data and outputs of each model. I utilized strong communication and writing skills and gained exposure to working in SAS and manipulating data through Excel. This was a fast-paced environment, where I met deadlines and responded quickly to perform assigned tasks.

I worked with cloud-based accounting software, Xero, where I researched and helped implement reporting add-on tools. With integrative software, I used financial information from numerous clients to trial reports, budgets and forecasts that analysed profit and loss and daily cash flow data for small to medium enterprises. Further, I researched multiple UK tax processes and regulations to write into reports. These included EC sales lists, dissolving a company, Intrastat and Cycle-to-Work schemes. I processed personal tax returns for company directors which utilised programs such as IRIS, Excel and Payroo in order to return self assessments and tax computations.
