From interning at Adecco, where I gained firsthand insight into the complexities of the corporate world, to delving into my thesis on "Gender Inequality in the Business World" with a focus on the traditionally male-dominated molding industry, I've continually sought to shed light on important issues and drive meaningful change.The challenges of 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, presented unique obstacles in my career journey. Yet, it was during this time that I seized the opportunity to contribute to the "Censos" project, a vital initiative aimed at updating Portugal's population information and housing situation. This experience not only broadened my perspectives but also reaffirmed my commitment to making a difference, no matter the circumstances.Currently, as a People Partner at Namecheap, Inc., I am privileged to leverage my expertise to foster a culture of inclusivity, growth, and well-being within the organization.
