I began riding horses at the age of 8, specifying in equitation and Dressage. At 13 I changed to a low-scale jumping barn, wherein I purchased my first horse, an unbroke 15yo Arabian gelding. Over the next 6 years I taught this horse in-hand, on the flat, and over fences to retire him at age 23 as a 3ft horse. During that time, I also managed a barn in New York for 3 years. I was the only staff at the facility and the owner lived in Texas. I cared for up to 11 horses at a time, including 3 broodmares, young horses, weanlings, yearlings, foals, and stallions. Upon attending Lake Erie College I bought and broke a 4yo paint pony and am currently training him to be a Novice Eventer and 3ft Jumper.Specialties: breaking horses, young horses, problem horses, green horses, breeding stock training, riding instructor
