Howdy! My name is Jessica, lots of people call me Jess. I graduated from the University of Wyoming in May 2021 with a Bachelor's in Communication. I am originally from Cody, WY (Cowboy State, yeehaw!) I am highly organized, punctual and I am knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. I also do well with learning new software and programs, some of which being GuideCX, Asana, Hubspot and Jira. I embrace challenges in the workplace and I am always ready to put my best foot forward and work hard. I am able to multitask efficiently, as well as be an effective member within a team environment. Through basic, relentless consistency, I believe I can be a valuable and reliable team member wherever assistance is needed. Current Job PositionAs I have navigated from an Onboarding Manager to Customer Success Manager, I have now experienced a multitude of opportunities working with clients and my teammates. Using a variety of CRMs and project management software's, has shown me how important it is to understand the functionality of these programs. Working in a remote setting has amplified & expanded upon my communication skills. I value direct, honest and transparent efforts in all forms of communication. Which I believe are vital for overall personal and company success. In my new role, I work directly with clients and assist them throughout their entire onboarding process. I handle the project in its entirety for clients and guide a smaller team in assisting with the onboarding project. This includes weekly communication via email, zoom, and phone calls. I also train clients in the software and determine best practices that are specific to the client.Previous Job PositionWhile I continue to hold a real estate license as a Salesperson, I have only faced a few situations that have required unique problem solving. The main situation is in regard to communication with my broker, who is located in Montana and must balance the differences in contract language by state. It has encouraged me to be more diligent in reading through various contracts and understanding the similarities and differences we face in the language of real estate contracts. Additionally, I have learned to work as a co-listing agent on a few deals and how to best communicate with all parties to reach our end goals.
