Monella Designs Inc. was a boutique graphic design studio that provided services to help small to medium sized companies and organizations distinguish themselves from their competition. Services offered were: logo creation, brand development, marketing materials (business cards, flyers, folders, programs, brochures, invitations, etc.), digital assets (social media imagery, presentations, newsletters, etc.), and website design and development. Offices were located in San Francisco, Burlingame, and Modesto.

The First Tee is an international youth non-profit. The First Tee uses the game of golf as a tool to help build character traits in all components of life. In this role, I: • managed the participant database and class schedules for our youth participants• maintain the social media outlets• served as the volunteer coordinator• design marketing materials to strengthen community relations, including e-newsletters to provide quarterly updates about our program to donors, parents, volunteers, and supporters.

Before advancing to the Program and Marketing Coordinator position, I served as the Executive Assistant and Communications Specialist at The First Tee, a non-profit program that helps youth build positive character traits through the game of golf. I worked directly with the CEO to do all that was needed to keep our chapter running smoothly.

Bella Pictures is a wedding photography company that services several large cities nationally. I managed 600+ leads/month using Salesforce CRM software. During my time at Bella, I had the lowest overall appointment cancellation record in 2009, and additionally in 2009, I was one of the top sales performers for both the third and fourth quarters.

At York & Chapel, I worked closely with the Art Director, Graphic Designer, and Project Manager to create designs for print, web, and other marketing materials. The two main projects I collaborated on were: 1. The 88, a luxury apartment building in downtown San Jose: I assisted with the design of the sales center displays, stationery, and informational print materials to encourage condo purchases. 2. Neural ID, a recognition search engine service: I developed the storyboard and illustrations for the website commercial to help provide customers with a better understanding of the Neural ID product.

At the Union Street Papery, I educated customers on different invitation styles and products within the store, I assisted with invitation design and sales, and I worked with vendors to complete orders and inquiries.
