- Leading a team of six marketing managers / social media manager to deliver high quality marketing campaigns, through strong leadership and prioritisation of workload to deliver the greatest impact for people living with diabetes.- Managing complex marketing projects involving large numbers of stakeholders and external audiences, from public-facing awareness campaigns like World Diabetes Day (reaching more people than ever before) or campaigns to improve the care received by people living with diabetes- Using insight to drive success of campaigns- Driving change by supporting team to migrate to project management systems for more efficient working- Constantly monitoring the external marketing and charity sector landscapes to adapt the way we approach organic and paid digital marketing- Managing relationships with and exploring new ways of working with external organisations to excel our reach particularly into communities facing the most inequality- Overseeing the charity's presence on social media and driving forward an audience-led, insight driven calendar of comms across 5 key channels and supporting community management approach- Operating a test and learn approach - from digital campaigns reaching people with multilingual health information to complex testing plans for fundraising events

Giving help when needed at this project which provides support to people facing homelessness in the city.

-Comparing and contrasting different organisations' graduate schemes, rating their various aspects and commenting on means of improvement. -Carrying out interviews with a large number of fellow students regarding graduate prospects.- Developing communication skills, reaching targets set and analysing data which was compiled into the ‘Times 100 Top 100 Graduate Employers.'

-Marketing and organising various events to raise awareness of the company profile in Spain, primarily through online marketing.-Taking part in a flashmob organised by myself and the other interns to promote the company website.-Copywriting to produce destination descriptions to market locations in which the company sold travel and language learning packages.-Designing and presenting the layout of a trade stand for the company for an event in Vienna.-Working in Human Resources recruiting new interns.-Researching the possibility and logistics of setting up a new office in Montpellier, France and presenting it to the manager.-Working on the Social media team.

-Private English tutor in Paris-Coming up with creative ways of teaching the language to young children

-Teaching groups ranging from 6 to 30 in two secondary schools near Paris- planning lessons.-Adapting material and style of each lesson depending on the size and capability range of each group.
