After teaching kindergarten and second grade for 7 years, I became a Resource Specialist and earned my Mild to Moderate Credential to work with students in Special Education. As a Special Education teacher, I loved using my understanding of elementary curriculum and skill acquisition to help students meet their learning goals. In my role as a special education Program Specialist, I love getting to collaborate and problem solve with teachers, parents and administrators to ensure students receive the best possible experience at school.
