● Responsible for recruiting talents from IT area in Brazil, managing the full cycle recruitment from the job posting to offer stage within a fast paced and competitive environment; ● Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand business objectives related to open positions, such techniques and soft skills, experiences, and competencies required to effectively screen and interview candidates; ● Sourcing key talent through advanced search techniques and different networking pipelines; ● Coordinating technical interviews and final interviews with the clients. ● Working with multiple roles such as: Java, .Net, Python, PHP, React, Full stack, QA, DevOps, Data, BI and so on.

● Responsible for structuring the Human Resources sector;● Responsible for the Human Resources area, acting in a general way, focusing on Recruitment and the other areas: Organizational Development, DP, Training and Compensation; ● Development of Performance Evaluation Projects, Organizational Climate Survey, GEGVM Study Group and Career Plan.

● Responsible for conducting the selection processes (high volume operational positions and strategic positions);● Application, correction and report of psychological tests;● Responsible for opening and validating internal promotions.

● Conducting strategic market mapping for different areas; Hunting; Feedback to candidates. ● Application of Psychological Tests (Zulliger, BPR-5, AC, D2, G36, HTM, TIG, and BFP); ● Participation in interviews with the Consultant and reporting.
