I’ve helped define processes, establish our Ways of Working (WoW), scale our team from 2 to 5 people, and led key projects such as system and service procurements to support long-term success.What I do:* Strategic recruitment: Ensuring every hire drives business success, focusing on the right skills, long-term growth, and sustainable solutions.* Business partnership: Working closely with leaders to understand their needs, drive competency mapping, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.* Onboarding: Ensuring new hires have a seamless introduction to the organization, its culture, and its ways of working.* Process development and WoW: Designing and optimizing recruitment processes that scale and adapt to the demands of a fast-paced, Pan-Nordic organization.My role is both strategic and operational – I personally close 30–60 roles annually while driving initiatives that strengthen the TA function and create long-term business value.
