Multiple CFO experiences across different geographies, further enriched with a Commercial Execution background, put me in a position to leverage deep business knowledge in service of driving agile business solutions at scale.I am currently the Global Deployment Lead of Novartis' Lean Digital Core business transformation program. Today markets have highly customized local solutions and my role is to evolve them to global solutions, i.e. establish the teams & approach for a scalable, repeatable roll outs of Novartis’ new data & digital ERP backbone across all countries, including a dedicated focus on the US market.Deployment Lead is my 2nd LDC role: I came to the program to establish the commercial arm, the customer focused data & digital aspect of ERP, and drive standardization and preserve differentiation where critical for market success. Over 15 months, the commercial team grew from 2 to 50+ members, introduced global process ownership in the commercial space and established the approach for system solution design -- from high complexity to high touch. My program contribution is enriched by my experience as a CFO/Commercial execution leader: a track record of delivering results in complex matrix structures and across geographies in the pharmaceuticals industry.
