Jessica Wallner is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Register Yoga Teacher, and Certified Ecotherapist. Her private practice serves clients online, indoors and outdoors in Southern Maine. Jessica specializes in providing somatic psychotherapy for the treatment of trauma, grief, chronic illness & pain, and more. She integrates neuroscience, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, nature connection and body-based practices to help clients find more ease in body, mind & spirit.
