As a Business Specialist, I create Apple device solutions for Business clients and companies. On a daily basis, I introduce new customers to business services with Apple as well as manage 70+ SMB company accounts in San Diego. Working within an Apple retail store allows me to drive incremental revenue for the store, as well as coach and inspire my larger team in how business with Apple is able to add to the enrichment of our customers' lives.

The Apple Store Leader Program is a two-year immersion program, where I as an Associate experienced every aspect of Apple Retail business. Year one I focused on learning and performing every role in Apple Retail (sales, inventory control, visual merchandising, technical troubleshooting and repairs, and business to business). Year two I focused on performing the leadership roles at Apple Retail (talent management, scheduling and staffing, overseeing product launches, leading the sales floor, employee development, and managing vision and purpose). This program afforded me the opportunity to understand the business from the inside out with first hand experience, while developing myself as a leader.
