I began my journey in the trades in 2006, starting as phone coverage and special projects at my family's HVAC company, Hurley & David. Over the years, I advanced to lead the administrative, financial, and customer service departments. I spent a year working with the Horizon Services after they acquired Hurley & David as the Program Implementation Manager before transitioning to my current position as Accounting & Process Manager at AirWorks Solutions. In 2020, I co-founded LadyTitans, an organization dedicated to empowering and uniting women in the trades through education, advocacy, and mentorship. LadyTitans focuses on breaking barriers, fostering connections, and creating a culture of confidence, respect, and collaboration in a predominantly male industry.
