An autonomous role situated in the London office, reporting directly to Sony Corporation of America’s New York-based Global Digital Business team. I was responsible for the oversight and improvement of finance processes for the digital service provider contracts administered in the UK.

Began role in Los Angeles, CA, with a team focused on Sony Pictures Entertainment (including theatrical releasing, home entertainment, television broadcasting, and movie and television production), and moved in April 2013 to a London-based role focused on Sony Music Entertainment and Sony ATV Music Publishing. I was involved in the planning, execution, and supervision of international affiliate and corporate function audits which provided an in-depth understanding of operational and financial departments across the businesses.

As a part of the Risk Advisory Services group in Los Angeles, CA, this role provided an introduction to the entertainment and health insurance industries through in-sourced roles. I assisted internal audit with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing, created and maintained annual cost center budgets, and executed policy and procedure compliance reviews.
