JOB DUTIES:• Identify potential community partners and stakeholders for each Company One production and oversee communication and involvement with partners across the season• Curate, facilitate, and moderate engagement initiatives and events for each production, including panel conversations, film screenings, open rehearsals, and other community partner activities• Conceptualize and implement production-specific program notes, lobby installations, video, blogs, and interactive audience activities • Lead pre- and post-show conversations with audiences and community partners• Co-produce the annual PlayLab Bootcamp and lead professional development workshops for local playwrights• Serve as Dramaturg for PlayLab fellows during the development of in-progress new plays• Work with Artistic leadership in evaluating scripts and programming seasons• Mentor and train junior dramaturgs

• Support playwrights and artists in residence to foster successful script development and eventual production of several new plays each season• Evaluate all annual script submissions and select plays for development and production during each season• Co-produce the Ink Spot staged reading festival each season• Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteer readers and production dramaturgs each season• Manage company website and archival records• Assist with planning and execution of post-show and fundraising events
