Forest, domain controller level support, working in a multiple customer domain infrastructure. -Documentation creation on an ongoing basis to include process and server/ system layouts and configuration diagrams.-Working with multiple departments to work through/ resolve daily tasks.

Current environment approx. 18-20TB, 10+ usable space, running snapshot technology and working with the entire IT group across all levels of the business.-Storage Experience - racking storage system, configuration of filer by adding 2.5 additional shelves, 34 discs, allocating spare disks/ replacement of disks. Console management, syslog troubles, working with Storage Client to troubleshoot technical related errors or scheduled required maintenance. -Firmware updates, Shelve adapter and disc hot swaps. Support of redundant Filers after upgrade was completed.-Working w/ department management to help better understand and assign future network storage space while also managing current volumes by performing daily, weekly, monthly cleanup for reallocation of non-business or no longer utilized data.-Brocade switches and configuration consoles. Experience zoning storage to VMware.-SCCM-OCS-WSUS System Management-Netbackup, Onsite/Offsite Tape Management, expiring tapes, replacing defective.-Qualstar 8444, tape labeling, Policy/ backup job configuration.-Backup Exec 2010-SharePoint 2007
