Managed a team of 12 associates including benefits service managers, benefit operations managers, benefit operation administrators, and programmer analysts servicing 13 clients. Served as escalation point for client issues in order to drive results and prompt resolution.

A Benefits Service Manager is the main contact point for the client with respect to ongoing requirements definitions, large scale ad hoc projects, and service delivery questions.
