• Managed customer relationships, delivered strategic consulting and advisory services for customer’s Workday platform and supporting HCM systems. Responsible for Vendor evaluation, RFP Review, Scoping, Estimation, Pricing and Delivery of some of the key ongoing Workday programs. • Supported multiple Design thinking consulting workshops with detailed mapping of customer journey to understand Strategic Vision, Business goals and identify pain-points and ideate solutions aligned to business objectives; • Led the Delivery of Digital Transformation RFP solutions abiding agile delivery principles Squad / Tribe Model, matured DevOps model etc • Delivered large IT transformation programs including IT roadmap design, Data Center / Contact Center Migration; • Architected Data ETL & Conversion strategy from SAP to Workday utilizing Lavastorm Data extraction & analysis tool; • Provide direction & guidelines to Sales team for pre-service engagement, deal closure, contract negotiations & closure. • Manage client escalation with regard to the relationship including delivery, contractual, and regulatory issues.

Managed a large scale, Europe wide CRM implementation with a 10+ member team for KPMG Europe to support services delivered to over 18000 users from HP delivery organization in Bangalore;Led mission-critical Service Exchange (HPSX) Integration Framework Solution provisioning multiple Customers with a geographically distributed teams under Global Delivery Model;Developed the Due Diligence & Transition process dashboard for US$ 1 Billion Telecom multi-function Outsourcing deals; the deal team size was 40+ members;Contributed in formulating CRM ( Amdocs ) solution for 3 major Telecom Outsourcing deals;Provided product roadmap with rich multilingual user interface to have a unified Workflow management tool for entire large Eurpean counculting frim by assessing current legacy Application and Product selection; Audited & assessed the Amdocs CRM solution for Malaysia’s largest Telecom provider to support over 10 million mobile subscribers; provided commercial recommendations & upgrade path from Clarify12.5 to Amdocs CRM 7.5;Provided solutions and built Amdocs CRM interface with external systems like KENAN-FX (Billing); VRU (voice recording), Nokia/Alcatel HLR (Real time data Provisioning) and Mobile Number Portability (MNP) for Malaysia’s largest Telecom provider;

Design & developed Remedy Helpdesk System for one of the largest +$5 billion semiconductor companies; Reduced cost of IT infrastructure operations with improved system availability and increased support quality;Developed a Network Dashboard for major publicly traded sportswear and equipment supplier based in the United States to provide unified view of IT Infrastructure components which enables visibility & control of different infrastructure layers;

Led the development of End Enterprise Recruiting Solution with 1+ million Online Job database Solution delivered “on-demand” using an application service provider (ASP) model ; Reduced lead time to hire & cost per hire by 25%;
