In this role, I participate in organizing digital training content for integration into the Learning Management System (LMS) and communicate with plant locations to gather information for future training content. Additionally, I actively contribute to building LMS processes, assist in implementing training programs for end users, and support Continuous Learning project work as assigned.

In this role, I was responsible for managing learning requests and testing learning content for grammatical accuracy and proper functionality. This also involved analyzing client content and contributing to organizational development. Effective communication, both technically and creatively, was a crucial aspect of my responsibilities, aiding in problem-solving, project hand-offs, quality assurance, and project updates. I was additionally responsible for creating slide decks and facilitator guides for client training sessions and train-the-trainer sessions using Microsoft and Canva for design support. Additionally, I have expertise in Rise 360 development and script writing. My experience extends to copyediting, adhering to specific style guides, and writing with a focus on diversity, accessibility, equity, and inclusion. I am also familiar with AI voice-over technologies such as WellSaid and ElevenLabs.

The opportunity to work within a community bank proved to be a gratifying experience, allowing me to actively contribute to local initiatives and gain insights into the intricacies of local banking. During this time, I assisted clients in effectively managing their funds, facilitating transactions, and initiating meaningful conversations with both personal and business clients to address their specific needs and requirements.

Utilized suitable technology and machinery to execute store markdowns, while also contributing to inventory management across various departments and addressing any troubleshooting needs related to inventory issues.

In my primary role, I concentrated on facilitating teller transactions for clients, encompassing tasks such as processing loan/mortgage payments, handling foreign currency exchange, and managing debits/credits to accounts. Additionally, I actively assisted clients in strategizing for their financial futures and initiated conversations regarding potential investment opportunities and carrying on their legacies.

My role involved aiding clients not only in promoting their businesses but also in branding themselves as business owners. I assisted in evolving their brand, which involved submitting and helping to develop their design concepts for logos, flyers, business cards, and other printable marketing materials. Witnessing individuals embark on their entrepreneurial journey and return with remarkable success stories was a rewarding experience for myself and my team.
