I work with a portfolio of customers to help them achieve their goals in Microsoft Azure. From envisioning, research, implementation, and finally to launch I am there to help my customers find the answers they need on any ask they have.I run the Digital Sales Diversity and Inclusion team. As program lead I play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. I'm responsible for leading a team developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. This includes creating programs and initiatives that educate and empower employees, organizing events that celebrate diverse cultures, and ensuring that company policies are inclusive and fair. My team and I collaborate with various departments to integrate diversity and inclusion principles into all aspects of the business, from hiring practices to customer interactions. By driving these efforts, we help create a work environment where everyone feels valued and can thrive.

I run operations for three markets- Fargo, Grand Forks, and Minot, ND. With approximately 130-170 drivers depending on the season, I face and manage real time challenges and problems daily in markets that are constantly changing with weather, order volume, and restaurant challenges.I also assist and manage restaurant relations for the approximately 200 restaurant partners in my markets. Being involved in a tech based company, I troubleshoot problems across driver apps and restaurant tablets daily.Experienced with extensive use of KPI management and implementation.

I run a team of 15-20 personal shoppers. Responsible for training, coaching, metrics management and termination. I assist other regions in their hiring process as well as provide support and training to other rural leads in Minnesota.I maintain and provide connection and support to our vendors and customers on the ground.

Analyzed accounts for potential fraudulent activity. Reached out to customers and resolved accounts if fraud was suspected. Handled VIP accounts as well as accounts with suspected advanced Identity Theft. Often worked on cross department projects to improve processes and resolve fast moving fraud trends. Designed and taught department wide course of advanced Identity Theft detection and recognition.
