About Jessica Lay

Graduate of the University of Southern California Masters in Aging Services Management program. I am passionate about patient care, and have worked in a medical office setting since 2012. My drive to help caregivers of older adults is my inspiration. In my current role as Community Involvement Lead, I coordinate employee volunteers, plan and host fundraising events, lead workplace communication workshops, and volunteer at various organizations within the women and children's health and wellness sphere. I believe wholeheartedly in grassroots efforts to aid those of any age within my community.
