Current• Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 recruiters across Central, South, and West Texas to collaborate with hiring managers, deliver effective communication, maintain compliance, focus on KPIs, and leverage data and tools to develop recruiting strategies that fill positions and achieve company and department goals.• Talent Acquisition Team developed action plans with hiring managers to convert or replace temporary labor with employees saving $785,000 within 6 months.• Monitor team openings, requisition management errors, KPIs, job advertising spend to review trends, determine if data supports goals, provide feedback, answer questions, and offer support to the team.• Consistently engage with branch, regional district, operations, and HR managers to provide hiring updates, address inquiries, offer guidance or referrals, share labor market insights, and review any situations requiring attention.• Converted the Austin Branch Office into a hiring center, providing job search or onboarding services to approximately 168 customers monthly, and created an electronic sign-in system to record walk-in traffic data.
