As part of the The Bridge's Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program:• Maintained a caseload of up to 20 clients, and completed corresponding documentation such as intake assessments, treatment planning, relapse prevention planning, session notes, and discharges• Coordinated with other departments, outside agencies and clients’ families to provide holistic and supportive care• Pioneered the practice of Drama Therapy at the site's PROS groups, developing syllabi and facilitating up to 12 weekly groups• Developed and facilitated staff in-service trainings on Creative Arts Therapy interventions• Spearheaded PROS-wide transition to remote/virtual group programming during the COVID-19 pandemic

TAP uses digital art technology as a therapeutic medium and workforce development tool for young people. I co-facilitated TAP groups with Licensed Creative Arts Therapists (LCAT) and professional animators at different sites across the 5 boroughs-- such as schools, community centers, and Neighborhood Opportunity Network (NeON) sites.I also advocated for diversity and inclusion in clinical practice and in the workplace, such as providing resources on gender identity and sexual orientation, leading to the practice of asking for, sharing, and respecting one's personal gender pronouns.

In the "As Performance: Therapeutic Theatre series", we create theatre with real people about their real lives and, together, discover how theatre supports personal and public health.As a stage manager in Therapeutic Theatre, I support each group process from its rehearsal to performance stages, attending to technical needs of the production and socio-emotional needs of its participants/performers. Therapeutic Theatre is one approach used by drama therapists to support goals such as reminiscence, recovery, rehabilitation, and advocacy.
