-Managing schedules for various faculty members, including the Department Chair of the Mechanical Engineering Department -Assisting the Department Administrator with various HR tasks, such as hiring, visa applications, and visitor requests-Scheduling, planning, and executing departmental events including seminars, retreats, and workshops-Provide design assistance for the website, newsletters, and other promotional materials

Volunteer work with HAP, designing on an as-needed basis. -Design signage for outreach events, including merch listings and member benefits-Layout and design annual report consisting of 15-20 pages-Create social media content in order to highlight the benefits of joining HAP, promote organization events, and bring awareness to the mission and values of the organization

-Perform administrative duties, such as filing, pulling insurances, and tracking inventory-Assisted customers with choosing frames and selecting lenses suited to their needs-Teach proper care for glasses and contacts, and perform adjustments or repairs for patients-Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, performing money deposits, and prepping healthcare equipment
