• Singly designed and built a Netcool Impact implementation from scratch that automated troubleshooting for NOC techs. Used javascript within Operator Views.
• Implemented Remedy gateway solution to Netcool OMNIbus, in collaboration with Remedy admin
• Stabilize, feature-build, and upgrade a young 100,000+ element, high availability SolarWinds NPM platform. Lots of SQL OLTP DML.
