As a working manager of the Global Operations and Automation Team, I conduct and/or oversee annual strategic initiative execution, revenue forecast management, account escalation analysis and response planning, client data analysis and presentation, and internal Power BI report development and automation for the Global Business Unit. In addition, my team and I provide product management support for internal delivery system feature development, including requirements gathering, UAT management, user trainings, and other change management functions.

As a Technology Program Manager focused on Microsoft's Campus Modernization Project, I program managed the development of a full suite of business intelligence dashboards, including business user process development to collect critical data, SQL database standup and ongoing governance, and data pipeline creation and management to extract, transform, and load required data. In this role, I also program managed the implementation of a new project management IT system; working with business stakeholders to identify their regulatory and reporting requirements and prioritizing and developing efficient and automated process and system solutions. As manager of the Data Analytics and Technology team for the campus modernization project, I also had the privilege of supervising an amazing team of analysts; creating and managing report development roadmaps, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, and continually encouraging and challenging my team to support their individual career goals and aspirations.

As a Program Manager on the Account Operations team, I managed large scale projects including migration of account server files to Azure and SharePoint, development and launch of IT applications for hiring managers, and audit of employee lifecycle information systems and processes. In this role I developed and improved business processes, established governance for account document management policies and team SharePoint site management, owned and implemented change management best practices across multiple business units, and supported business case analysis for new service recommendations to the client.

As an Energy Program Manager for CBRE's Microsoft Account, I managed the utility forecast and portfolio for Microsoft's Redmond Campus. This included owning a $55M annual energy forecast, conducting energy and other utility usage and cost analysis, and ensuring utility invoices and payments were audited for accuracy. As the primary SME for the utility forecast, I presented the current and future forecasts to client leadership monthly, discussing variances and expectations for future forecasts. In addition, I also managed the rebate application process for various energy conservation projects across the campus. This involved working with our engineering consultants to refine their presentations and analysis and coordinating with PSE to ensure all provided information was complete and accurate to obtain the maximum possible energy rebate for our client.As forecast owner and energy conservation project member, I developed and maintained multiple Power BI reports to analyze and monitor campus energy usage, cost, and savings in real time.

During the 12 weeks I spent with each of these teams, I supported multiple projects while learning about the company's various business segments including construction project management, energy management, strategy and consulting, transaction management, integrated occupancy services, finance and accounting, and facilities management. It was during this year of learning that I discovered my passion for data and analytics and decided to pursue my Master of Science in Information Management.
