• As the account lead for a large FinTech client in GWS Project Management, Jess is responsible for the programme delivery of all client projects across the UK and Europe as well as the P&L side of the account.• Jess works with the client at C-Suite level to ensure that all projects are delivered in line with the wider business strategy.• Jess matrix manages a team of 12 across the Europe portfolio. • Pre- and post- contract programme planning, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, budget and risk management. • Outside of her responsibilities on the Visa account, Jess has also authored the CBRE EMEA Fit Out Cost Guide 2019-20.

• Realignment of the strategy for Store Development in Hong Kong - developing a value engineered approach to modernising stores which reduced programme, cost and disruption. Reducing the average cost per square foot on new build and modernization fit outs by 18%.• Introduction of Health & Safety audits and mandatory asbestos training.• Leading the programme for the closure of the M&S China business, closing 10 stores in 4 months. Involved landlord and local government liaison, the redundancy of 1,000 employees and leading a matrix team.• Project management of live store modernisations. November 2017 - delivered a full refit, including replacement of all MCBs and rewiring of the store, of a 17,000 square foot renovation over two floors in a busy shopping centre, adjacent to a train station with a footfall of 6M people per year. The works were completed in 12 weeks over 2 phases. The project was completed $1M HKD under budget.

As a Project Manager within the New Initiatives Scheme, I managed various rollouts to a portfolio of stores up to a value of £5m. My responsibilities included:• Management of interior fit out of various initiatives, all stores remained open during the works and no trade was lost;• On site briefing store staff and Main Contractors, including senior stakeholders;• Interaction with internal customers across all levels of the business, thus developing my communication skills and giving me the opportunity to experience and understand the difficulties faced within a retail environment;• Snagging visits • Coordinating a weekly update to the management team on the status of all works• Budget and Change management
