ADNOC a state-owned petroleum company of UAE is one of the world's leading energy producers for which NSH has completed 2 projects in the last 4 years in refining and petrochemicals domains that significantly enhanced the processing/manufacturing capabilities of the refinery in Al Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.Role and responsibilities:• Liaise with the client and subcontractor Project Controllers as appropriate, to ensure alignment with the project reporting requirements and ensure timely and accurate cost and progress reporting against planned vs. actual quantities• Monitoring and reporting against the project's critical path providing early warning to the Project Manager of any potential slippages in scope, schedule, and cost• Assisted in the development and maintenance of the Project Work Breakdown Structure for specific scopes of work• Monitor and control the project work approval process in terms of accurate cost code allocation and initial budget set-up and approvals; cost commitments and expenditures through all phases of the project/assignment• Liaise with Project Accounting and time-capture functions and third parties as required to ensure accurate and timely capture of costs and ensure costs are allocated accurately under approved project/assignment WBS• Assisted with the application of baseline and forecast installation unit rates and norms for estimating quantity change impacts for earned value progress measurement • Maintenance of project S-Curves, Histograms and incorporate changes into progress plans and histogram; update the changes to project quantities and reports on variances to baseline, project Gantt charts and include executed changes into the project schedule• Tracking and following the change management process and input into the change management system• Attending client/subcontractor progress meetings• Assisted with the preparation of proposal schedules, cost and schedule risk analysis• Comply with Project Controls processes and procedures
