I have been employed in the customer service field for 45 years. My interactions have been in retail, banking, medical and in call center positions. When working for Kaiser Permanente, I successfully created an administrative roll as a point of contact for sleep apnea patients, physicians and medical offices for Southern Colorado. The experiences that have lead to excellent interpersonal skills with customers, patients, and internal company contacts, vary in temperament and situation.
