I recently decided to look for an opportunity to start a genuine career involving my passions of technology and assisting others. I recently completed my Google IT Support Professional Certificate, in which I learned skills such as, troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and network security. I am very excited to pursue this field which will grant me the opportunity to grow immensely both in my field and as an employee!Technology has been a large part of my life ever since I was a boy. When I had my very first computer, a major error brought a friend over to see the problem, and seeing the inside of my machine for the first time brewed an immense curiosity that I could just never get rid of! As the years went by I would experiment with my computers little by little and gained the confidence to work on the computers of those in my family. From there I learned how to troubleshoot quickly and efficiently and would offer quick turnaround solutions. I do also have customer service experience working retail to keep my mind solely focused on the people I am serving with the best of quality in mind!I am very excited to branch out into this field and see myself grow!
