I have also mastered the art of data entry while simultaneously responding to phone inquiries. These skills have proven useful as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative since it is imperative to respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and provide timely resolution to issues.My strength in communication and customer service is a crucial aspect of my work. Being a bilingual speaker of Spanish and English is an added advantage, allowing me to interact with a wider range of customers and members, making sure everyone feels heard and understood.
