Responsible for developing and growing global business in which, the Network could be utilized in order to reduced risks and time during the well construction process. Maintain awareness of all new developments in products and services as well as policy, technology, and sales initiatives.

Responsible for Global operations of the Wired drillpipe and efforts to assist market penetration of the system. Responsibilities included personnel, assets, service quality and invoicing.Managed capital funding requests of up to $25 MUSD from project approval to project closeout. Managed 21 Global projects over 3 years.

Responsible for the coordination of Drilling services to operators that work offshore Gulf of Mexico and land. Vast majority of experienced mainly involve in Deep water operations and occasionally some land projects.• Managed both raw material, tools and personnel in order to support operations in the Gulf of Mexico• Successfully delivered 10% growth during two years for expected HQ revenues.• Revenue towards end of assignments were about $76 MUSD• Led service delivery and service quality for services provided at the rig site and safety of the personnel.• Involved in determining needs and hires and staff requirements and development.• Budget and expense control was reduced in about 11% year on year due to process and personnel efficiencies• Prepare business forecast,sales reports and financial statements in monthly basis to maximize results.• Additionally, served as global champion for technical improvements and commercialization for advanced new Technology services.• Sustain regular communication within organization and departments, supplier and clients to a harmonious operation.

• Responsible for all training executed in Sugar Land Center and accommodate engineers from location across the Globe.• Evaluate instructor performance and effectiveness of training programs.• Identify and determine future and current segment Technical training needs based on feedback from locations.• Monitor and improved training programs based on periodically feedback from VP’s and locations.• Managed and forecast budgets for center and obtain approvals from Segment President.• Implemented changes on the "schedule" training programs of the segment that counted to be used several years after.• Responsible to compile the document and training material needed to launch the "segment" competency assessments and skills for drilling and measurements community in Schlumberger. This included measurement while drilling engineers, directional drillers and drilling engineers.
