During my time as a Facility Supervisor I gained experience with:- maintaining an inventory of all equipment and supplies.-overseeing a front desk staff by scheduling shifts, communicating responsibilities, training on facility rules and procedures, and assisting with the hiring process.-generating marketing strategies to encourage enrollment into physical education courses.-assisting in the development of capital expenditures for the PE and Athletic departments.

With this position I gained experience coordinating sporting events on the collegiate level while also learning about the administrative side to running an athletic program by performing many responsibilities. A few of the administrative responsibilities included scheduling for soccer teams within the region, reconciliation of monthly expenses by admin/coaching staff, incorporating a live stream broadcast, and attending commissioner meetings.
