My first experience with computer hardware was when I built my first PC which did not turn on. I tried to retrace my steps but was unable to fix the problem. I took it to a computer repair shop, where they were able to find that the CPU was not plugged in correctly to the motherboard and not receiving power. I was mad at myself for missing such a small but crucial step. That was the starting point for my thirst for knowledge with computers and technology. I pushed myself to learn as much as I could with technology and was able to learn through working and schooling. Most of my skills come from my helpdesk position, where I am exposed to as many technical problems as our clients can give me. When it's a simple but repetitive issue that many clients are having. I educate the end-users on how to address their issue better so they are better prepared if it happens again. I get to be exposed to different software from different stores/companies, learn how to troubleshoot hardware for unique machines, and most of all earn gratitude for making someone's day a little bit better. I keep learning about technology so that one day I can create something of my own that hopefully would improve someone else's well-being. Outside of the work realm, I enjoy drinking coffee and playing video games with my friends. I've been a big fan of martial arts ever since I saw my first Bruce Lee movie and was able to teach myself how to use the nunchucks after a few painful years. Traveling is fun when I have the finances for it, but definitely want to travel to more places to experience what's out there. Thanks for reading. Hope you have a good day!
