Hired as a hybrid of UX and visual design to deliver world-class user-centric design. Played a crucial role in creative brainstorming on a wide range of digital experiences, such as the rebrand/redesign of servicenow.com. Contributed to and helped develop a best-in-class design system with over 20 modules that served as the building blocks for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management system. The redesigned site contributed to $150M in pipeline revenue and increased click-through rates by 120%.All designs were data-driven. Working closely with research teams, I had access to qualitative and quantitative research to validate design concepts. The design concepts produced put our visitor's goals and digital experience quality above business goals. On several occasions, I pitched and sold my vision and creative solutions by sharing my work and presenting cross-functionally while being able to articulate the design rationale precisely.

The eBay brand update affected typography, color theory, layout, image selection, style, and copy for all Relationship Marketing campaigns. Collaborated with business units, project managers and copywriters to interpret creative briefs into marketing campaigns that enhance the user experience and successfully exceeded business goals. Was a primary production designer for the $100M+ eBay Daily Deals business unit, creating high profile homepage banners, affiliate banners, display banners, mobile banners, landing page graphics and social media assets.
