I collaborate with 30+ brands and our department store to ensure all commissions, related receipts, and payments are received/made on time. I am responsible for preparing the financial statements and schedules for assigned brands, and I also handle the weekly supplier reconciliation for the retail brands.I am tasked with booking invoices and ensuring that all VAT amounts are booked accurately. I ensure that all month-end and year-end tasks are completed accurately and on time, and that any queries are resolved as well.I help carry out the group consolidation for the assigned brands and ensure that all supporting documents are prepared and approved for the audit.

I was tasked with handling AR and AP for the Middle East region and ensured all collections and payments were recorded accurately. I also carried out the weekly bank reconciliation for Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi bank accounts. I collaborated with other departments to ensure all intercompany transactions were identified and settled on time. I created weekly reports for senior partners and managers for collections and payment status and ensured all month-end and year-end tasks were completed.I ensured that the VAT amounts were accurate and that all input and output VAT was recorded accurately and processed on time.

I was responsible for issuing invoices for the services rendered to the clients and, issuing credit notes, and raising the final bill after a project was completed.I created forecasts for future quarters and collaborated with other departments to ensure that all intercompany transactions were handled. I also ensured that all month-end and year-end tasks were completed.
