Ltd Jaipur Feb 2014 to March 20166 Years of experience as a project supervisor with Omega Elevator India pvt Ltd 1st April 2016 to 30 Nov 2021 1 year of experience as a installation supervisor with Appex Smart International lift Treading Dubai 25 Dec 2021 to 28 December 2022 Presently work at ODSS GLOBAL as a service engineer Jan 2023 to till date Safety:Responsible for Personal, Product, Sub-Contractor and End User safety at site.Ensure safety norms & requirements are strictly followed at the site.Quality:Accountable for the quality of lift performance.Ensure the commissioned elevator complies with ‘Minimum Acceptance Standards’.Recommended Ride comfort, leveling, Aesthetics, etc., are ensured.Get resolved all quality issue arising at site like power supply, earthing, architraves, pending electrical/mechanical works, safety issues, etc for appropriate actions before commissioning.Carries out final inspection and signs the Final inspection document & initiate the call to quality check of the job.Commissioning:Responsible for commissioning the lift in slow speed and High speed in accordance with the agreed specification parameters & finishing the fine-tune adjustment.Responsible for commissioning all optional features like ARD, FRD, LAS, & INTERCOM etc.To send component failure reports, etc to HO.Recording of all the problems (customers related, materials shortage, product quality related, any procedural related, sub-contractor related, execution related) faced during the installation & commissioning of lifts and report the same to HO for further improvement actions.Troubleshooting:Accountable for clearing breakdown or problems encountered during commissioning and before official handing over to customer & EI internally.Ensure the commissioned elevator free from breakdown.Responsible for implementing the field letters before handing to customer or to service department.
