At Fathers Mental Health UK, we're proud to be provide evidence-based and non-biased training, strategy development and consultation. Collaborating with companies and organisations, the third sector, institutions, and the government to enhance the well-being of fathers across the UK. As a Co-director, Training Instructor, and Researcher, I'm dedicated to developing impactful courses that address a range of topics, including but not limited to, perinatal mental health, neurodiversity in fathers, advocacy for incarcerated and absent fathers, and supporting fatherhood throughout the lifespan.My focus remains on a career in clinical psychology, policy, and research, with a particular interest in male role model deficiency, incel membership, fatherhood, boyhood, masculinity dialogue, and suicidality. These areas are at the core of my work as I strive to make a meaningful difference in men's mental health.As a public speaker, I often share my personal experience of losing my father to suicide, which has deeply shaped my understanding and commitment to addressing male mental health.
