Saville Assessment is an international psychometric assessment business. My role at Saville involved tailoring bespoke consultancy services to identify and develop talented individuals and teams. The suite of psychometric and aptitude assessments helped to do this and they currently boast the most valid personality questionnaire on the market.

The workplace wellbeing consultancy aims to improve organisational performance by enhancing wellbeing and employee engagement. Throughout the internship, I worked with organisations in gathering and analysing information in order to provide evidence based solutions by conducting and analysing interviews and focus groups, reviewing organisational data and performing thorough literature reviews.

As a private medical insurance Account Manager I was responsible for managing, developing and renewing a portfolio of large corporate clients. I was the primary interface between AXA PPP healthcare and its corporate clients and intermediary distribution partners.

Applying psychological research, I was responsible for designing and developing unique learning solutions. This involved conducting research into relevant scientific literature, activities and case studies then creatively applying these ideas and concepts for training programmes.
